Stunt Lab Terms of Use

Last updated: 12 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Stunt Culture Pty Limited (ABN 94 673 554 964) ("Stunt Lab", "we") for the Stunt Lab app and website. By using the app you agree to them. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree for you.

1. Who can use Stunt Lab

We don’t set our own minimum age. Downloading Stunt Lab needs an Apple Account, and Apple sets the age rules for those: a younger athlete uses the app through a family account, where a parent approves the download and any purchase. If you’re under 18, use Stunt Lab with your parent or guardian’s permission, and they agree to these terms with you.

2. What Stunt Lab is, and isn't

Stunt Lab films a tumbling skill on your phone, measures it, and describes what it sees: a score, a breakdown, the one thing to work on, and drills and conditioning built around it. It also includes a coach chat that answers training questions.

Stunt Lab is a training tool, not a coach in the room. Tumbling is an activity that can cause serious injury. The app:

Always train on appropriate surfaces with appropriate supervision and spotting. You use the app, and you train, at your own risk.

3. Subscriptions

Stunt Lab is a paid subscription, purchased through the Apple App Store:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; a free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store terms. For anyone under 18, a parent can approve the purchase through Apple's Ask to Buy, or pay on the athlete's device. Prices may change; we'll tell you in advance and you can cancel before a new price applies.

4. Your content

Your clips and everything you record stay on your device, and we don't take ownership of them. We only receive a clip if you choose to send it to us, and we use it as the Privacy Policy describes. If you use the coach chat, you give us and our AI provider permission to process what you send for the purpose of replying to you (see the Privacy Policy). Don't send anything you don't have the right to send.

5. Leaderboards and handles

Leaderboards show a handle and scores only. Choose a handle that isn't your real name and doesn't identify you. Don't use a handle that is offensive, impersonates someone, or includes contact details. We can remove handles that break this rule. There is no messaging between users.

6. Acceptable use

Don't try to break, copy, reverse-engineer or resell the app; don't use it to harass anyone; don't use the coach chat for anything other than training questions.

7. Our stuff

The app, its design, the mark, the curriculum, the scoring system and the coach are ours or our licensors'. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app while subscribed.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. Subject to that, we're not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from training decisions made using the app, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending things

You can stop using the app any time; cancel your subscription through Apple. We can suspend access if these terms are broken. Sections 2, 7 and 8 survive.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the app will tell you before material changes apply. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

11. Skip the line (waitlist referrals)

The first 100 members of Stunt Lab are its founding members. Everyone on the waitlist gets a personal link to share. It's free, and there's no purchase and no draw.
